Terms and Conditions

Effective date: November 4, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile apps that DMP Enterprise LLC ("DMP Enterprise", "we", "us") publishes on Google Play, including apps listed under the developer names DMP Enterprise LLC, DMP Software LLC, or David Peterson (each an "App"). By downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The short version

  • You may use our Apps for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play.

  • Our study guides are independent learning tools. They are not affiliated with any exam or certification body and do not guarantee that you will pass an exam.

  • Our Apps are provided "as is," and our liability is limited as described below.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use our Apps. By using an App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. License to use the Apps

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use each App on Android devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by DMP Enterprise.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of an App or its content;

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble an App, except to the extent the law expressly permits;

  • extract, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute questions, answers, explanations, or other content from an App;

  • sell, rent, lend, sublicense, or otherwise make an App or its content available to others;

  • bypass, disable, or interfere with subscriptions, paywalls, access codes, or other security features;

  • remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; or

  • use an App in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Billing. Some Apps offer subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service and are charged to the payment method on your Google account. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. The price and billing period are shown in the App and on Google Play before you buy.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store app under Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Uninstalling an App does not cancel a subscription. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Free trials. If an App offers a free trial, your paid subscription begins and you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

Refunds. Refunds are handled by Google under Google Play's refund policies. You can request one from your Google Play order history or through Google Play support. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial billing periods.

Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Google Play will notify you of a price change as its policies require, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

5. Access codes

We may issue access codes that unlock premium features, for example for app reviewers or promotions. Access codes are personal to the person they are issued to, have no cash value, may not be sold or shared, and may be time-limited or revoked at our discretion.

6. Study guide content

Our study guide and exam-prep Apps are independent educational tools. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification body, licensing authority, government agency, or exam provider. All exam names, certification names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the subject matter of the App.

We work to keep our content accurate and current, but exam objectives, laws, and regulations change. We do not guarantee that the content is complete, accurate, or up to date, or that using an App will result in passing any exam or obtaining any license or certification. Always confirm requirements with the official exam provider or authority.

Content in our Apps is for educational purposes only and is not professional, legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, or aviation advice.

7. AI and server-based features

Some Apps use artificial intelligence or send information to a server to provide a feature, such as turning speech into text. Output from these features can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing any output before you rely on it or share it.

8. Your content

Content you create or enter in an App, such as notes, invoices, or recordings, belongs to you. Most of our Apps store this content only on your device. You are responsible for your content, for having the rights to use it, and for keeping your own backups. We are not responsible for content lost when an App is deleted, a device is lost or reset, or data is not backed up. If you use an App for business tasks such as invoicing, you are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you create and for meeting any tax or legal requirements that apply to you.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information our Apps handle and how. You can read it at www.dmpenterprisellc.com/privacy-policy.

10. Intellectual property

The Apps and all of their content, including text, questions, explanations, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by DMP Enterprise or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

11. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue an App or any feature at any time. Some updates may be required to keep using an App. If we discontinue an App, you can cancel any active subscription for it in Google Play.

12. Third-party services

Our Apps are distributed through Google Play and may rely on services provided by third parties. Your use of Google Play is governed by Google's own terms. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for our Apps or their content.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Apps and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMP Enterprise and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or opportunity (including a failed exam or a denied license or certification), arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, an App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Apps will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim arose or US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DMP Enterprise from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of an App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

16. Termination

These Terms apply until ended by you or us. You may end them at any time by deleting the App from your devices and cancelling any subscription in Google Play. We may suspend or end your right to use an App if you violate these Terms. Sections 3, 6, 10, and 13 through 19 continue to apply after termination.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the place where you live.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will say so in the App or on its store page. Continuing to use an App after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

19. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Apps.
