Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 30, 2026

This policy covers the mobile apps, browser extensions, and websites published by DMP Enterprise LLC ("DMP Enterprise", "we", "us"). Our apps appear in the App Store and on Google Play under the names DMP Enterprise LLC, DMP Software LLC, or David Peterson.

The short version

  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

  • Our apps contain no advertising and no third-party tracking or analytics software.

  • Most of our apps work without an account and keep everything you create on your own device.

  • A few features need a server to work, such as turning a recording into writing or searching for flights. When you use one, we send only what that feature needs, process it, and do not keep it, except where this policy says otherwise.

1. Information that stays on your device

What you create in our apps is stored on your device: your notes and writing, study progress and scores, invoices and customer details, saved searches, and your settings. We cannot see it. It is included in your device's own backups if you have those turned on, and it is removed when you delete the app.

2. Information our apps send to a server

Study guides and exam-prep apps. This includes our certification, licensing, citizenship-test, and other study apps. They need no account and work offline. We do not collect any information from them.

Voicepen. When you dictate, your recording is sent to our server, turned into text, and then turned into finished writing. The recording and the text are processed and discarded; we do not store them on our servers. If you turn on on-device transcription (iPhone, iOS 26 or later), the recording never leaves your phone and only the text is sent. Features you choose to use, such as Refine, Research, Ghostwriter, and Interviews, send the text they need in the same way; Research also runs a web search. The app creates a random identifier on your device, which we use only to count free sessions, apply fair-use limits, and confirm a subscription. It is not linked to your name or to your Apple or Google account.

If you record a conversation with another person, such as an interview, you are responsible for getting their consent first. The app reminds you before each such recording.

Voice to Quote. Your business profile, clients, and quotes stay on your device. When you describe a job by voice or text, the app first shows what will be sent and asks for your consent; the description is then sent to our AI service provider to produce a priced quote and is not kept. Speech recognition is provided by your device's operating system. Sign in with Apple is optional; if you use it, we receive the name and email address you allow Apple to share, which may be Apple's private relay address. A quote is shared with a client only when you send it.

TapInvoice. Your invoices, customers, and business details stay on your device. When you describe a job by voice or text, the description is sent to our server to be turned into invoice line items, then discarded. Speech recognition is provided by your device's operating system.

SplitFly. No account is needed. When you search, the details of that search (airports, dates, and number of travelers) are sent to our server and to the flight and hotel data providers we use, so that prices can be returned. Searches are not linked to your name. The app may use a random identifier to count free searches and confirm a subscription.

Sharp. No account is needed. Your style profile, wardrobe, saved outfits, check history, and photos stay on your device. The app asks for your permission before sending anything for AI feedback. When you run an outfit check, add a look to your style board, or compare two outfits, that photo or description, along with your style profile answers, is sent to our server and to our AI service provider to write the feedback, and is then discarded. We read only the clothing in a photo; we do not use photos to identify anyone. The app creates a random identifier on your device, which we use only to count free checks and apply fair-use limits. It is not linked to your name or to your Apple or Google account.

OurCabin. OurCabin is shared between co-owners, so it uses an account. We store your email address or Sign in with Apple identifier, your name as you enter it, and what your group adds to a property: bookings, expenses, documents, photos, and rules. Other members of your property can see what is shared with the group. If you scan a document, its contents are processed to read it. You can delete your account and your data inside the app.

PromptPro Optimizer (Chrome extension). The extension stores your settings and recent prompts in your browser's local storage only. If you connect it to an AI service with your own API key, your prompts go directly from your browser to that service; we never receive them. It runs no remote code and does not read your browsing activity.

Other apps. For any app not named above, the privacy details on its App Store or Google Play page state exactly what it collects, and every commitment in this policy applies.

3. Companies that process data for us

We use a small number of service providers, only to run the features described above, and only with the data those features need:

  • Cloudflare: hosting for our servers and speech-to-text.

  • Anthropic: turning text into finished writing, reading scanned documents, and writing style feedback on outfit photos and descriptions.

  • OpenAI: backup speech-to-text.

  • Flight and hotel data providers: prices for SplitFly searches.

  • Apple and Google: purchases, subscriptions, and app delivery.

These providers act on our instructions. Under the business terms of the AI providers we use, content sent through our apps is not used to train their models.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or DMP Enterprise. If DMP Enterprise is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We never receive your card number or billing details. We receive confirmation that a purchase is valid so the app can unlock what you bought.

5. Advertising, tracking, and analytics

Our apps show no ads, do not track you across other apps or websites, and contain no third-party analytics software. To understand how our apps are doing, we use the totals that Apple and Google provide to every developer, which do not identify you.

6. How long we keep information

Recordings and text sent for processing are discarded once the result is returned. Usage counters tied to a device identifier are kept only as long as needed to apply limits, usually no more than a few months. OurCabin account data is kept until you delete it or your account. Our servers keep brief technical logs, such as the time of a request and whether it succeeded, to keep the service running and prevent abuse.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Delete your data: deleting an app removes everything it stored on your device. In OurCabin, use Delete account in the app.

  • Microphone, speech recognition, photos, and notifications: each is requested only when a feature needs it, and you can change your choice at any time in your device's settings.

  • Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and California, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or limit how it is used. Because most of our apps hold nothing about you on our servers, there is often nothing for us to provide, but we will always answer. Write to us at the address below.

  • California: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

  • European Economic Area and United Kingdom: we process information to provide the app you asked for, with your consent where we ask for it, and for our legitimate interest in keeping our services secure. You may complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

Information sent between our apps and our servers is encrypted in transit. We keep what we hold to the minimum the feature needs, which is the most reliable protection there is. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International use

Our servers and service providers operate in the United States and other countries. If you use our apps from outside the United States, the information described in this policy may be processed there.

11. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will say so in the app or on its store page.
