Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

DMP Enterprise LLC ("DMP Enterprise," "we," "us," or "our") develops mobile applications for iPhone and iPad. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across all of our apps (each an "App"), including our exam‑preparation and study‑guide apps and our business and productivity apps such as Voice to Quote. By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. The Short Version

  • Most information you enter in our Apps is stored on your device and is not collected by us.

  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third‑party advertising or cross‑app/website tracking.

  • Some Apps include AI‑powered features. When you use them, the content you submit is sent to a third‑party AI provider to generate a result, only with your consent (see Section 3).

  • Paymen card number.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. Depending on the App, this may include content you create or enter — for example, business profile details, client contact information, quotes, invoices, expenses, notes, study progress, and similar data. In most Apps this information is stored locally on your device.

Account information (optional). If an App offers Sign in with Apple and you choose to use it, we receive the name and email address you authorize Apple to share (which may be Apple's private relay email). Signing in is optional.

Content submitted to AI features. If you use an AI feature, the text you provide for that feature is transmitted to our AI service provider for processing (see Section 3).

Purchases and subscriptions. Subscriptions and in‑app purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple; we do not receive your payment card details.

Voice and speech. Some Apps let you dictate text. Speech is transcribed using Apple's speech‑recognition technology; audio may be processed by Apple to perform the transcription. We do not retain your audio.

Diagnostics and usage. We may receive aggregated, non‑identifying crash and usage statistics from Apple's App Analytics to help us improve our Apps. When an App connects to our servers to deliver a feature, standard technical information (such as IP address and request data) may be processed transiently to route and secure the request.

We do not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos, health data, or similar sensitive information except where you explicitly provide it for a specific feature (for example, attaching a photo to a document).

3. AI Features and Third‑Party AI Providers

Certain Apps use third‑party artificial‑intelligence services to generate results — for example, turning a spoken or typed job description into a priced quote.

Before any data is sent, the App shows a disclosure and asks for your consent. When you use an AI feature:

  • What is sent: only the content you enter for that feature (for example, the job description and line items you type or dictate).

  • Who it is sent to: our AI service providers, which may include Anthropic, PBC (the maker of Claude) and, in some Apps, OpenAI, L.L.C. The content is transmitted securely and used solely to generate your result.

  • How it is used: the provider processes your submission to return the result and does not use it to train its AI models. We do not sell this data.

These providers act as our service providers under confidentiality obligations and are required to protect the data consistent with this Policy. If you do not consent, you cannot use the AI feature, but you can continue to use the rest of the App.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to: provide and operate the Apps and their features; generate AI results you request; process and manage subscriptions through Apple; respond to your support requests; maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse; and improve our Apps. We do not use your information for advertising or to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Apps, including Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple, subscriptions, speech recognition, analytics), Anthropic and/or OpenAI (AI features), and Cloudflare, Inc. (secure hosting and delivery of certain features). These providers may process data only to perform services for us.

  • At your direction. Some Apps let you generate a document or link and send it to a recipient you choose; that content is shared only when you initiate it.

  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or DMP Enterprise.

  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Retention

Data you store locally in an App remains on your device until you delete it or remove the App. Where an App offers an in‑app option to delete your account and data, you can use it to remove that information. Content sent to AI providers is processed to return your result and is not retained by us for that purpose. We retain limited records (such as subscription status) as needed to operate our business and comply with legal obligations.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for data sent to our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because most data is stored on your device, you can view, edit, or delete it directly within the App, and you can remove all locally stored data by deleting the App. For requests concerning any information we hold, contact us using Section 12.

  • California (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You may request access or deletion and will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

  • EEA/UK (GDPR): Our legal bases for processing include performing our contract with you (providing the Apps), your consent (AI features), and our legitimate interests (security and improvement). You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Users

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using our Apps, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data‑protection laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through the App. Your continued use of the Apps after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. uses one.
